Nino
Nino Batemans Bay is set to become one of the most distinctive residential developments in this popular coastal location. The project consists of 60 apartments spread out across three architecturally designed buildings. Apartments will be made up of two and three-bedroom residences – with only a selection of one-bedroom units. A development application is currently in progress.

Joe Vincent

Joe is a global property development executive with a successful career that spans 25+ years. He has worked on a variety of projects in Australia, America and Europe and is highly experienced in acquisitions and delivering complex projects across all asset classes including residential (BTR & BTS), commercial, industrial, retail, leisure and retirement living.
Prior to co-founding MAARS Group, Joe was a Director at a leading large non-bank institution, where he spearheaded their equity business on the eastern seaboard, overseeing joint ventures with prominent Australian property development groups. Before this role, Joe was a senior development executive for a range of significant Lendlease urban regeneration projects (c.$600m – $5bn) in Australia, America and Italy. Joe oversees all stages of MAARS Group developments to ensure projects meet strategic objectives, milestones and budget.

Throughout his career, James has been involved in high-profile developments such as Shepherds Bay, Southport Tower and other mixed-use and multi-residential projects. His focus on practical solutions, stakeholder alignment and long-term project success has positioned him as a leader in the development space.
